Unique in Vichy, an exceptional listed building (an emblematic building participating in the history and life of hydrotherapy, the city of Vichy having only 142 in total) transformed into a hotel residence and located in the heart of the area listed as World Heritage of Unesco, in the immediate vicinity of the parks and the city center. The residence is made up of 10 apartments of different sizes on 3 levels with a shared terrace and a laundry area. In addition, the 1st and 2nd floors can be privatized to create two large apartments by bringing together the apartments on each level in the same private space.
