Guests are required to contact Vacancéole after booking to get all the necessary information regarding your stay (reception opening hours, accommodation address, additional services available, things to do in the area and other practical information). For more information regarding accommodation for guests with reduced mobility, please contact the property. Reception hours: Open from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm (until 8pm on Saturdays in July/August). Possible modification, please contact our team at: +33(0)4 67 62 99 63. Please note that only 1 pet per accommodation is allowed, for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day.

For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Please contact us for further information.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Vacancéole - Résidence Le Saint Clair in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
