Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. On Saturdays check-in is available from 17:00 to 20:00. If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the residence in advance. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Bed linen and towels are available to rent at an extra cost. The use of the flat-screen TV is subject to an extra fee. A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
