Reception opening hours during winter season: - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00.

Val d'Isère's lifts, shops, free shuttles and restaurants will open for the winter season on November 30, 2024.

Room rates include: accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), TV, bed sheets, towels, 1 cleaning kit (to be left in the apartment), and end-of-stay cleaning fee (except the kitchen area and washing up) and basic WiFi access (to 5 devices to navigate, read e-mails and research).
For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival for an extra cost per person.
