Well-situated by the port, "Au Fil de l'Eau" is to be found at Dinan (Port of Dinan-Lanvallay). This merchant's house, entirely renovated in 2015 consists of three fully equipped apartments. At "Au Fil de l'Eau", the visitor can enjoy an exceptional view over the port and the Dinan ramparts, and also benefits from the adjacent private parking and secluded stone-walled garden, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. With direct access to the towpaths, the medieval town, the valley of the River Rance and the many tourist attractions on offer, the holiday-maker is ideally placed for taking advantage of all that is available in this outstanding area.
At the heart of the Port of Dinan, and just a few steps from the famous Rue du Jerzual which leads to the medieval town centre, Philippe welcome you to the residence "Au Fil de l'Eau", a merchant's house entirely renovated in 2015. "Au Fil de l'Eau" is first and foremost an authentic spot where I wish to share our love of this exceptional setting with our guests, a peaceful haven and the starting point for many different activities, be it cultural, culinary, sporting, festive or relaxing.
The residence "Au Fil de l'Eau" is the perfect starting point for visiting the medieval town of Dinan via the famous Rue du Jerzual which leads from the port to the medieval town centre. There is also direct access to the towpaths where you can take a walk, a bike ride or a boat trip up the river, a wonderful way of discovering all that the delightful Rance valley and Emerald Coast have to offer. Situated between the land and the sea, at the heart of the Rance valley, "Au Fil de l'Eau" offers the perfect base, being within easy reach of Saint Malo, Dinard, the Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte, Mont St Michel, the beaches of the Emerald Coast and the Breton capital Rennes.
