The house is located in a hamlet on the ledge and enjoys a beautiful view on the mountain, the river of the Var and even the sea. The garden has fig trees, avocados, lemon trees, cherry trees, cactus, aloe vera etc... It's very quiet and it's like in the countryside but by the sea and close to Nice. There is a closed parking lot for two cars and a space for storing bikes or boards. We have also satellite TV (Astra + Hotbird) with all languages : for example German, Russian, Polish, Italian, Arabian etc..
My wife Svetlana is Russian and speaks French, Russian and Czech. I speak French, German, English, Luxembourgish. I have lived abroad for a long time and have just settled in France, in this beautiful region Cote d'Azur. We love meeting new people and are at their disposal to allow them to spend the best possible stay in our little corner of paradise.
The house is located 6 km from the beach of Saint-Laurent du Var. This beach is very nice and not very known and so even in July and August there are not too many people and you can easily find a parking place in front of the sea. No traffic jams either. The village of Saint Laurent du Var is very cute with an old village. There are all the amenities in this village.
