    “Ett väldigt mysigt och trevligt hus m allt man behöver för en semester. Sovrummen var bra med en fantastisk utsikt över havet. Biljardbordet använde vi flitigt. Poolen låg alldeles bredvid huset och var mycket lyxig och fräsch. Rent och snyggt.”

Lovely private villa with spectacular sea views from all the rooms (except the bathrooms). Freshly decorated , it looks better than in the pictures: It has a new sofa (not the ugly red thing in the photos), as well as a new tv and fresh white walls. There are new parquet floors upstairs, in all of 3 of the bedrooms.
My name is Marielle . I live part time in Brazil and I rent my super cute villa out when I’m away. My gorgeous friend Amanda will take very good care of you! If she’s unavailable, Kaylia next door can help too. The residence is very friendly and safe, and the beautiful shared pool with breathtaking sea views never closes!
You’ll be 6mns walk from the beach, but it ll be hard to leave the massive shared pool overlooking the sea. When you make it to the beach, you’ll love it’s restaurants and live music on the weekends. You can also drive to cannes in 20mns, or take the 22 bus to Théoule sur Mer train station, or stay on direct all the way to Cannes. The bus stops 2 mins from the villa. The village of Théoule is a 6 mn drive and has one of everything you need: cashpoint, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bike rental, tabac and many many restaurants and beach bars. You can check out Mandelieu La Napoule and its restaurants, pubs and bars by bus, train, free shuttle or car. In the other direction there’s AGAY, St Raphael and Frejus & , Ste Maxime & st Tropez
