## The space Housing completely renovated. Located on the first floor of a residence with elevator and digicode. It is equipped with a cellar on the ground floor of the building where you can put your bikes and your skis. A pedestrian way gives you access to the telecabin of the Prorel (Serre-Chevalier 1200) in 5 minutes. Sheets and towels are provided. On request we provide bedding 180 to transform the two twin beds into a large double bed. A covered parking of 200 places and located behind the building. ## Guest access You have free access to the building during the day. In the evening or the weekend we will give you the code of the code of the building. ## Guest interaction We are at your disposal to advise you in terms of walks, discoveries of cultural heritage or environmental and culinary. We will recommend the good addresses of Briançon and the region because we live there for over thirty years.
## The neighborhood You will be located 500 m from the train station and 200 m from the Prorel departure. With to the guest card you will have the opportunity to use urban transport for free.
