Spacious 79 m² apartment, 2 bedrooms, on the 3rd floor with elevator, in a luxury building 5 minutes from the sandy beach and shops. Completely refurbished in July 2021 .Air-conditioned living room, fitted kitchen, beautiful terraces facing West and South. Free private parking in the basement is available. Ideal for enjoying the beauty of Juan-les-Pins and the Côte Azur.
Habite Paris Amanda, my co-host, who will welcome you on the 1st day and exit on the last day, will welcome you and answer your questions during your stay.
