The luxurious 3 bedrooms holiday home in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salle was lovingly and tastefully renovated in 2004 and suitable for families and groups of friends, can accommodate 6 persons. There is a terrace where you can relax in the sun and a barbecue for you to enjoy a delicious meal with families and friends together. From there, you can bring the children to visit the Pierre Brune amusement park near Mervent 17 km away. The nearest restaurants are at 4 km, tennis court and suparmarkets are 6 km, the lake is 30 km, golf course and seabeach are 50 km away. The tranquil holiday home has a private swimming pool and fenced garden to relax and unwind. There is a well equipped kitchen, living with dining room has flatscreen TV, fireplace and DVD player, furnished bedrooms with it's own bathroom and every required sanitary facilities.  A little further away is a large playground for the children with a swing set and slide as well as children's bed, high chair and table tennis. The nearest airport is 41 min drive away from the house.
