Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the house is located in the immediate vicinity of the sea, with direct access to a sandy beach. Located on the Lido de la Marana, you will have the opportunity to take walks on the Biguglia pond to discover a rich fauna and flora, and to quickly explore the entire Basti region. The house (95m²) includes: - downstairs a living room, a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (160x200 bed) with dressing room, a bathroom with WC and a veranda. - upstairs, there is a sleeping area made up of a 140x200 bed and a 90 x 190 bed and a sofa (bench type) as well as a desk. You benefit from a pleasant 300 m2 garden with deckchairs. A summer kitchen with barbecue will allow you to enjoy the private jacuzzi (included in the rental from June to September). If you wish to use the jacuzzi outside of this period, you will be asked for a supplement. Also, you will find in the garden a bathroom with toilet, practical when the beach is only a few steps away. A few steps away, during the summer season, you will find a small grocery store as well as a restaurant open for lunch and dinner, with a swimming pool for the use of these customers. Also, you will find a supermarket, a bakery and all the necessary amenities 5 minutes by car (6 kilometers). House linen is provided. Beach towels are also available on request and at an additional cost (5 euros per person). You benefit from two parking spaces in front of the house.
