Studio 315 welcomes you in Villeneuve-de-Berg, in southern Ardèche, in a 19 m² guest room located in a small independent house, which you lock yourself. You have a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom separated by a sliding door for more privacy. Enjoy the view of the Coiron massif, a private fan, a smart TV with streaming services, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk. Breakfast is included and features homemade jams by your hosts and local honey. The property runs entirely on solar energy with LED lighting. You benefit from a private garden and a covered terrace of 14 m². The private outdoor pool (3.5 m x 3.5 m) is reserved for studio guests from mid-May to mid-September. It is not heated and may be closed due to bad weather. Parking is available on the property. Your pets are welcome—one per stay—provided they are never left alone in the room. Events are not allowed. Access and interiors are on one level. Public transport is available, but it is advisable to come by car due to the distance from stations. Your hosts live on site in their own accommodation and offer an additional cleaning service for an extra fee. The 3,000 m² property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by oaks and nature.
