***J'ai récemment été victime d'une fête dans mon appartement. Je voudrais votre confirmation d'un séjour normal respectant les règles de vie en immeuble avant votre réservation. Les nuisances envers les autres occupants de la copropriété ne seront pas tolérées. Merci d'avance de votre coopération ! Parking privé inclus, 4 mins à pied du studio Studio 24m², terrasse sud 6m² Centre ville sécurisé, tout à pied, gare Cannes 15', palais festivals & plages sable 20' Bus, supermarchés, pharmacies, banques, restos, aire de jeux… à deux pas 7 mins de l'autoroute Bien équipé, lave-linge, grande cuisine, appareils petit-déjeuner, fibre, Amazon Prime Video, barre de son, lit 160cm, canapé lit gigogne, rangements, mobiliers terrasse Linge de lit, draps de bain fournis

My appartment is close to a lively neighbourhood with shops. From the flat it takes you 7 mins by car to the highway. On foot it is 20 minutes to Cannes train station. It is 15 minutes walking to Flixbus station Le Cannet. By bus between the flat and Cannes train station, that is a 10-minute ride, line 1 or B or 35, Milton stop.
