After many years abroad, I chose the beautiful village of Mauguio, in the South of France, near Montpellier, to settle there with my son. As I was regularly out and about, I started offering my apartment to other travelers like me. I like staying in an apartment because it makes you feel a bit like home! One thing led to another, I had the opportunity to acquire a first studio in Carnon which I completely renovated (with my little hands) to offer it for seasonal rental all year round. And here is how the story continues with a 2nd then a 3rd studio, all located in the center of Carnon and close to the beach. Like what, “with a brave heart, nothing is impossible !” I will be happy to welcome you to this beautiful region that I have explored up and down since 2013 and to share with you advice for walks and outings, if you wish. • The studio is located 50 meters from the beach (supervised in summer), 5 minutes walk from the port, shops, restaurants and the market (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in summer ; Saturday the rest of the year). • Pleasant west-facing loggia which offers you a small view of the sea. The living room includes a sofa/bed for 2 people (160 cm) and a retractable desk which converts into 2 individual beds. There is also a bench/chair which can be used as an extra bed for a child up to approximately 10/12 years old. The studio can therefore accommodate up to 5 people maximum and in addition a baby or a very young child in a bed/umbrella (on request). • You will benefit from Wi-Fi connection and a television. • The kitchen is equipped : oven, microwave, 2 cooking rings, refrigerator, coffee machine (capsules provided), kettle, plunge arm, kitchen equipment, crockery, basic products. • The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and a drying rack. • Linen, household products, parasols, 2 chairs and beach games, some books and board games. • Elevator and secure bicycle storage. • PARKING: The accommodation does not have private parking. Parking is paid in Carnon from April 1st until October 31st. The accommodation is located right next to the green parking zone (economical) and 200 meters from the gray zone (very economical). I will provide you with the map, prices and directions to make parking easier for you.

• Carnon is a family seaside resort which has supervised beaches (in summer) and offers a wide range of activities: cycling or horse riding circuits, sailing and diving activities, kite surfing, tennis, golf, rental of boats without a license or jet skis, funfair in the summer... I can provide you with more information if you wish. • Around the apartment : all types of shops and services: bakeries, brasseries, supermarkets, post office, banks, restaurants, tourist office, greengrocer, butcher and caterer, press office, pharmacy, tobacconist, press. • Market on Saturday morning 100 m away (Tuesday, Thursday ans Saturday d'urine summer) • Transport : located just 10 minutes from Montpellier : shopping centers, cinema, trampoline park, ice rink, aquarium... Close to other seaside resorts (la Grande-Motte, Palavas, Villeneuve-Lès-Maguelone) ; 10 minutes from the A9 motorway ; 10 minutes from the airport ; direct access to Gare Montpellier Sud de France or Saint-Roch with tram and bus.
