Avec notre terrasse privée, vous avez la possibilité de faire un barbecue La gare Arcueil-Cachan du RER B est à 5 min à pied et la station Lucie-Aubrac du métro 4 est à 7 min. Notre studio est à proximité du supermarché Casino et Cora ainsi que du centre commercial LA VACHE NOIRE. l'accès à la piscine et le barbecue c'est payant. La résidence se trouve pas loin de Paris (3km), dans une ville en plein essor. Le quartier est tranquille avec des maisons traditionnelles. Dans la rue il y a une espace de jeux. De boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie qui se trouvent 3 min à pied. Le marché de la ville est 4 min à pied. des petits restaurants, des cafés et deux supermarchés.
