Property information

Independent prefabricated wooden studio meeting RT2020 standards, new and in our image, simple and friendly, with kitchen. Ideally located in the center of a town in the Saint-Malo region (town center = cars, I'd like to remind you for those accustomed to no noise), 6 minutes from Saint-Malo, 6 minutes from Cancale, on the road to Mont-Saint-Michel, and central to many beaches. You will have access to all amenities on foot. A code will be given to you to avoid any time constraints. Linens are available upon request for those who cannot bring their own (departure before 10 a.m. if provided And supply possible even at the last minute). First roll of toilet paper and first trash bag are provided. Cleaning must be done before your departure to leave the apartment as it was upon your arrival. A cleaning option is available for 30 euros, excluding dishes, to be paid to the on-site housekeeper, whom we will notify if you prefer this option. I have a 4-space parking lot; if it is full, plenty of spaces are available all around (see photo). I will send you a detailed message one week before your arrival via the booking messaging system. Please confirm receipt. I can be reached by message daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
