Property information

Fully renovated in 2022, our bright apartment is located in front of the sea. Perfect for couples or families with one or two children, you will find everything you will need within easy walking distance, with the beach 10 meters away . Within the residence we have an underground parking space (for a small sized car e.g. Audi Q2 or Renault Captur) and an elevator. A beautiful sunny terrace facing the Mediterranean ideal for eating and relaxing. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

very sunny apartment on the seaside, so you benefit from the sea view, access to the beach in 2 minutes. The shopping district is located behind the building 5 minutes walk. You will find all kinds of shops there. The train station is also 5 minutes from the apartment and serves all the surrounding cities: Monaco, Menton, Nice, Cannes
