Property information

This family accommodation, located in a historic listed building, is close to all amenities and sites, and just a 3-minute walk from the RER-B Arcueil Cachan (reaching Paris Cité U in less than 5 minutes). Bus 187 (to Paris Porte d'Orleans) stops at the foot of the building. It features brightness, an unobstructed park view, and the charm of the old with oak parquet floors, moldings, and a fireplace. Fiber internet, TV, bathroom with tub and shower, and fully equipped kitchen. The flat consists of three main rooms plus a big kitchen and bathroom. There is a living/dining room with table, chairs, sofa, television. This room is connected with the bedroom 1 but it can be also separated by a removable structure (see pictures). The bedroom 1 is a suite with double bed (140*190), cloakroom and working space with desk. Bedroom 2 is independent and includes a bigger queen size bed (160x200) and a bed for babies; it has a superb view on the park. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped.

Neighbourhood information

Subway station RERB Arcueil-Cachan at 3 minutes walking distance. Direct connections to Paris (Cité Universitaire in 3 stops/5 minutes, Notre-Dame in 15 minutes), Stade de France, Charles de Gaulle airport, Massy (TGV station) , Antony (shuttle to Orly airport). The metro 4 station Bagneux Lucie Aubrac is at 15 minutes walking distance from the flat. Fast connexion with all the venues of the Olympic Games. The very nice, green and baby-friendly park Raspail is just in front of our building. Bakery, restaurant and supermarket at the foot of the building
