The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 30 m² living room with dining area and two armchairs - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190), leading to a living room with TV - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190) and balcony - Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Living room with sofas, connected TV and balcony - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A private, unheated swimming pool (3.5m×7m), open from early June to late September. It enjoys sunshine all day long and sun loungers are available. The pool is fully fenced and equipped with an alarm system. - A 30 m² south-east-facing terrace (accessible from the ground-floor living room) featuring a summer kitchen with plancha. - 300 m² enclosed, private garden Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - All children swimming under the responsibility of a parent.
