Hello ! My name is Louix-Félix, and I live in this flat a few days a week and rent it out when I'm away. The flat has been entirely designed for this dual use, so you won't see any trace of my personal belongings. The apartment is professionally cleaned between guests and after my visits too! Everything has been thought out to ensure a perfect experience, for you as well as for me :)

Located close to the Stade de France and the centre of Aubervilliers, this bright 24 m² flat with through-lighting has all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay in Aubervilliers. It's perfect for a romantic break or a business trip! Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a popular building in the west of Aubervilliers, the flat comprises : - a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a high-quality mattress (hybrid innerspring/memory foam); - a fully-equipped, functional kitchen - a shower room with toilet; - and a lounge with large cushions to relax in after your Parisian days, with a 43" TV and access to Amazon Prime. You'll have a fully refurbished flat (June 2023) with new furniture. You'll have everything you need for a great stay, including wifi, TV, microwave, hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, fridge, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. The flat is ideally located close to the Stade de France (25 minutes' walk). 600 m (8 minutes) walk from metro line 12 "Mairie d'Aubervilliers". There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
