New, very functional accommodation, each of the 3 bedrooms is independent with its own air-conditioning and heating system. The ground floor bedroom has its own 2m2 terrace, entrance, bathroom and separate toilet. The spacious living room (48m2) opens directly on to a 25m2 terrace. 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, one balneo, 3 wc, 2 hairdryers, 2 zooming mirrors, washing line, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 1 microwave, kettle, coffee machine, American fridge.

Very quiet, 5' walk from a large Montmorency forest. Biking, walking, also ideal for runners. Château de la chasse nearby. Quietness respected by neighbors working for the national police and gendarmerie. Secure, residential neighborhood. 7' walk to facilities: convenience store, bakeries, cinema, hairdressers, fingernails, dressmakers, café, butcher's shop, restaurants (French, Italian, Japanese). Auchan supermarket 5 minutes away by car. Massage place 2 mn by walk. 7' walk from Vaucelles train station to Paris Gare du Nord. Paris by train in 30'.
