We are a concierge company. Oc Keys manages a number of homes in the Occitanie area. Our company was founded in January 2023 and currently manages 15 properties. We are always listening to our customers and very responsive.

Property information

Welcome to our charming flat le Concorde, for 2/4 people, 48m². We are a flat not a hotel but with the same quality. We have created the Cap Occitanie brand, this is the first accommodation of the brand. → We have a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation classification. → The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, waffle machine, utensils, full crockery,...) → The shower room is equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. → In the living room you have access to WIFI with a large ULTRA HD TV and a desk to work in peace and quiet. → In the bedroom you have sheets available with a cosy bed to spend your nights peacefully and in the wardrobe we put an umbrella bed and a high chair for your baby. → We provide sheets and towels → We provide the initial consumables (soap, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, biscuits, ...) We have taken care with the decoration and we provide a maximum of equipment. Bram is only 15 minutes from the Cité de Carcassonne and Castelnaudary, the capital of cassoulet.
