This newly built Flat is located in a quiet street close to everything you may need. 20 min walk from Disney, 4 min from RER B and 1 station so 2 min from the Disney parcs entrance A spacious 80m² flat+ 60 m² of exterior space, terrasse, balcony, garden awaits you . The bathroom is equipped with a Bathtub, and Ultra modern automated bidet toilet. There is an open kitchen fully equipped with many kitchen tools so you can cook like at home. Underground Parking spots with electric charger.

20min walk to Disneyland, 3 min from the Station and 1 station away from the park entrance. 10 min Walk from the Val d'Europe Mall and La Vallée Village shopping Outlet. The RER A is direct to Paris city center as well. Bakery, supermarket, brasserie; bar; cafe, fruit and vegetable store, restaurants. Immediate proximity to the Val d Europe shopping center and the La Vallee Village fashion outlet. Lakes, rivers, Center Parc300m or 4 minutes from the Val d'Europe RER, the location is exceptional, 10 minutes from Disneyland Paris.
