The house is oriented to the south, allowing you to enjoy sunshine all day long. With electric blinds and air conditioning, the indoor spaces remain cool and comfortable. You can also enjoy meals in the shade of the magnificent plane tree on the terrace, making it an ideal spot for outdoor dining. Conveniently located just 50 meters from the heart of the village, the property is close to local amenities and attractions. A public car park is available below the house, and the village market is held every Wednesday and Saturday morning just a short walk away. A security deposit of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
