The first beaches, such as the beach of the Conleau peninsula are very close and only a few bus stops away (4 km on foot via the towpath). T2 duplex of 35 m2, located on the 2nd and last floor (no lift, beware of people with reduced mobility) of a small condominium of 4 apartments. The apartment includes a living room opening onto an equipped kitchen, and a bedroom located on a duplex overlooking the bathroom with bathtub + toilets (Underfloor, large sizes will have to be vigilant at this point ^^). A glass roof completes the set for a guaranteed design aspect, and more privacy for the bedroom for family stays. This accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed in the bedroom + a sofa bed with 2 real places in the living room). Because of the layout of the bathroom and sanitary facilities, we recommend it more to couples with children rather than 3 adults and more. Sheets and towels are included in your stay and will be provided to you according to the number of people indicated in your reservation.

In the immediate vicinity of the port, the garden of the ramparts and the historic city center of Vannes, your apartment will be located in a one-way street, offering you peace and quiet away from the crowds and tourist traffic, while having the advantage of enjoying the neighborhood and its amenities with direct access. Very easy to find from the port of Vannes. The apartment, located on the left bank, is between the free car parks of Saint-Joseph (100 M) and Capucins (200 M). A guarded car park (paying) is also located on the right bank of the port 200M from the residence.
