Superbe appartement de 75 m2 et 15 m2 de terrasse occupant tout le dernier étage d’un ancien hôtel récemment rénové (4e sans ascenseur). L’appartement très lumineux et au calme offre une vue imprenable sur le massif des Albères, le vignoble, la méditerranée et le village. Vous pouvez vous garer à proximité de l'appartement et tout faire à pied car vous serez à 5 min des plages, du centre et du marché! Le linge n'est pas fourni mais peut etre proposé pour 15 euros par personne (literie, serviettes et torchons). Le ménage est à faire par les locataires ou peut etre proposé pour 60 euros.
Alsacienne, je suis tombée amoureuse de Banyuls sur mer il ya plus de 30 ans. J'espère que vous l'apprécierez autant que moi.
Banyuls, berceau d’Aristide Maillol est un village catalan situe entre la Méditerranée et les Pyrénées. Avant dernier village avant la frontière espagnole, Banyuls vous offre à la fois le balnéaire, les ballades le long du littoral de la côte vermeille, de superbes randonnées dans les Albères (et le point de départ du GR10 qui traverse les Pyrénées) et la possibilité de rayonner aux alentours de Perpignan à Barcelone.
