The villa is located right in front of the Monaco Bay where you can enjoy the views over Montecarlo, Prince Albert's Palace, the Casino roof and the picturesque Cap Martin – everything is at your feet. Enjoy complete privacy in this green oasis, surrounded by 800-year-old olive trees and nature. Relax on the various spacious terraces or in the pool while you enjoy the Mediterranean tranquility to the fullest. As the only guests, you'll have a free and exclusive access to the swimming pool and garden. The peace and exceptional environment deserves a little effort, our villa is located above the main road where a garage will be at your disposal and you will have to walk up 105 steps with your luggage. Not recommended for people with low mobility.

Surrounded by old olive trees and the forest, yet you can be within minutes at Place Casino, Montecarlo. The bus stop is 3 min down the stairs and a train station to Nice is 5 min below the road. The garage is on the street, has an automatic gate and is very safe.
