Company information

We are two thirty, she nurses nurse and me commercial. We do our best to make you feel at home as at home! Equipment included: kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and senseo coffee maker. Television, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, WiFi, iron and ironing board, clothes line and clothes pegs, office space, elevator. The apartment, on the 4th floor, has a surface of 46 m². You will find a 140 cm double bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living room. We offer you the possibility of using a cot for children (bed linen not provided for this sleeping) made available to you as well as a footstool and a changing mat However, some additional mattresses (to be provided by you) can be placed on the floor if you miss beds. Breakfast: you will find a few coffee pods as well as tea. Food or pastries not included. This apartment is non-smoking. Please smoke outside. A deposit (imprint not debited) will be required upon booking

Quiet and ideally located, residence close to shops, train station, town center, bastide town, the Canal du Midi and the medieval town! Fully equipped (see description and photos), secure parking, lift, terrace with splendid panoramic view of the Pyrenees! Shops: pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, butcher, restaurants, florist, wine merchant, bank, hairdresser, medical center, ... Bus stop and car rental at the foot of the building !!

The area is quiet while having all the amenities. You are 500 meters from the Canal du Midi, and 1 kilometer from the train station and the city center! Bus stop and car rentals at the foot of the building! You can move easily around town and around with your vehicle, many parking lots are available. At the station you can also rent bikes for a stroll along the Canal du Midi.
