We welcome you on the French Riviera, with 300 days of sunshine a year, a unique geographical location between sea and mountains, dream landscapes, and a rich heritage. While we ensure that your privacy is respected, we are at your disposal to give you good tips and to ensure that your stay in our beautiful region goes well. You can also just sunbathe, swim, rest on the sun beds with their umbrellas at your disposal. The villa is located in the heights of Cagnes, it enjoys the tranquility, the view of the sea and the mountains.

Property information

Enjoy your vacation in our Guesthouse, which is the starting point for many visits and excursions. This allows you to discover the most beautiful locations of the Alpes Maritimes (Nice, Villefranche sur Mer, Menton, Monaco, the islands in the area, etc.). But also many villages with authentic charm (Saint Paul de Vence, the most visited village in France, for example). The villa is located 2 km from the sea and offers individual and comfortable rooms with air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a flat-screen TV, a private terrace, an inside and outside dining area, as well as a shared swimming pool, with its counter-current swimming, many sun beds, umbrellas, outside tables and chairs. All rooms offer a view of the swimming pool and the mountains, others offer a sea view (Cap d'Antibes, Marina Baie des Anges). You will enjoy free Wi-Fi and parking. Bed linen is included in the price, otherwise towels that can be rented for 6 euros per set of 2 towels (70x140cm and 50x100cm). The cleaning costs are not included in the price. They vary depending on the duration and surface area of your holiday rental (between 25 and 75 euros).

Neighbourhood information

From the Villa, go to the center in less than 5 minutes, only 300 meters, you can enjoy the amenities (bakery-cafes, hairdressers, pharmacy, bus stop, etc.). The Total gas station and the "Intermarché" supermarket are 1 km away. The sea, beaches, marina, restaurants, water sports clubs are less than 2 km away. The Renoir museum is less than 1 km away, the first open-air shopping center in France, Polygone Riviera is open 7/7 every summer in Cagnes sur Mer (Primark, COS, REISS, TESLA, "Le Printemps", etc.). Nice airport can be reached in less than 15 minutes by the sea or via the A8 motorway on the outskirts of Cagnes sur Mer. The coastal towns near Cagnes sur Mer: From Nice to Monaco, stop to Villefrance Sur Mer, Menton, Eze From Antibes to Saint-Tropez, via Cannes, Théoules sur Mer, Frejus, Saint Raphael. There are so many beauties to see and discover, you are very welcome
