Two beautifully renovated farmhouses set in peaceful hamlet on a no-through lane, yet only 1km from the village of Langoelan with its bars and restaurant. Both houses are renovated to a high standard keeping original features but with all modern facilities you would expect. A pool is set within the beautiful, tranquil gardens with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside and pine forests. Beautiful walks and bike rides are available directly from the property all set within wonderful countryside with no traffic. The Nantes to Brest Canal is also a short drive away with fantastic scenery to enjoy on foot or by bike.
As we both worked in hospitality for many years, we enjoy meeting new people and welcoming them to our beautiful home in the Breton countryside. Rebecca is a linguist and enjoys speaking both French and German as well as English.
Whilst set in a peaceful hamlet the village of Langoelan is only 1km away. The enchanting Guemene-sur-Scorff is 5 km away whilst the historic towns of Pontivy and Rostrenen are a 20 minute drive. The medieval town of Josselin with its magnificent castle is a 30 minute drive and Lake Guerledan with numerous amenities such as beaches, water sports, bars and restaurants, is a 20 minute drive. Being in central Brittany, fantastic beaches on 3 coastlines can be reached within the hour, for example, Guidel Plage, Concarneau, and Larmor Plage.
