    Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super. Man hat vom 3. Stock permanenten Meerblick Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man brauchen könnte. Nachts ist es mit Ausnahme des Meerrauschen ruhig. Es gibt auch eine zugehörige Parkgarache.

Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to the rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming flat T2 bis Duplex with sight sea, vis-a-vis the beach, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a mezzanine with sleeping area, a shower room and a terrace to enjoy the view and the sea air. Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - Separate toilet. - A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine... Sleeping area: - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV. - A bathroom with shower. - A sleeping area on the mezzanine floor with two single beds (80x200). Outside : - A balcony of 2m50×1m50, facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the sea view. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Free wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices will be given to you by our partner. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be requested.

The neighbouring towns, within a 25 km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the leading French fishing port. Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters. At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's private garage, which can accommodate a large SUV.
