The apartment is close to all shops, groceries, bakery, restaurants and bars, dry cleaner, sport shops, library, cinema and tourist information. Balcony gives an incredible view of the mountains. The flat is welcoming, warm and bright,an indoor swimming pool at the Val d'azur is available during the school holidays (see the conditions). You have the necessary to do raclette, plancha. You will find access to the pistes only 250 meters away, as well as a skiing school, rental shop and snowmobiles. Free private carpark available and a safe storage for your ski equipment. Located 80km away from Nice, you can easily access from the airport and get the bus "ZOU" to get to Valberg, the bus stop is 5 minutes walk away. Before you come to Valberg, you can also go paddling in Mediterranean sea in Nice.
Isabelle, our contact, will warmly welcome you and will do the inventory and cleaning. it will be up to you to take out the rubbish, to empty the dishwasher and the refrigerator and to clean the WC. A deposit will be required and will be refunded after departure if there are no damages. Bed and household linen are not included, for towel and bedsheet rental, possibility to see with Claudine and the launderette. Exact location will be provided before your arrival. Space to add a cot.
Located at 1700m Valberg and around offer incredible views and biodiversity (marmots, deer...) Walks for all levels and also a local honey manufacture! You can discover Mercantour National Park and it's landscapes. There are a range of activities for young people and children: horse riding, archery, DIY activities, sport, hiking, summer sledging.
