It is located a few km from Briançon, a UNESCO World Heritage city and Montgenèvre and Serre Chevalier ski resorts. Description of accommodation: Address: building La MOULINIERE 1, Hameau du Roubion 05100 NEVACHE Type: studio 1st floor without elevator, surface: 23 m2, number of places: 4. Main room 1 sleeping 2 people, convertible sofa bed 140 x 190, TV TNT, DVD player. Equipped kitchen area: stainless steel multi function oven, fridge with freezer compartment, electric plates, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, mini chopper, raclette. Sleeping area, two bunk beds (80X200), wardrobe, iron and ironing board. Sanitary facilities: Separate WC, bathroom with shower and thermostatic mixer, hair dryer. Balcony 5m2 facing south west (view on the top of the valley) Ski room on the ground floor. Parking in front of the entrance of the residence.
