Welcome to "27 Les Gemmeurs" in Moliets-et-Maa! The main house is 80 square meters, with an adjoining studio of 16 square meters, has a GARDEN, and a SPA, ideal for tourist vacations and ready to receive eight people. It is ideally located in the city center, close to the Etang de Moliets, 550 m from the Tourist Office, 7 min drive from the BEACH and close to bars, restaurants and shops. We look forward to welcoming you ! ## Logement The house has an area of 80 M2 and the independent studio 16 M2. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (bed 140 X 200) and closets, the second with two single beds (bed 0.90 X 190) and storage space. The living room is spacious and nicely decorated, furnished in a contemporary style sjud-ouest and includes the living room and dining room opening on the outside through large windows. A superb mezzanine with a large skylight overhangs the whole in the same spirit and proposes another double bed (bed 160 X 200). On the sanitary side, a large shower room and a separate WC come to complete this description. Let's not forget the laundry space with the washing machine, and the open kitchen fully equipped .... The studio of 16 square meters is composed of a sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed (bed 140 X 200), an Italian shower room with toilet, a small kitchen area equipped with hotplates and fridge! You can go around the house and therefore around the garden by a wooden footbridge, and discover different atmospheres and lights according to the day...like a walk bridge on a boat! A garden furniture and deckchairs are at your disposal, as well as a last model electric plancha! The "chic" bonus of this unique house is the SPA at the back, which allows you to relax after your day's walks! Everything is done to have a good time!
