We are not from the region, but we fell in love with it. My wife Elena, of Russian origin, since 2016, and myself, originally from Briançon, since 1990. It's been a while, but I never get tired of it. Nothing to do with my beautiful region of the Alps, but just as beautiful. And nothing to do with St. Petersburg or Syktyvkar in Russia where it is minus 30° in winter! We love the diversity of all these regions and it is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the one where we live...

Property information

Access to the room is self-contained thanks to a key safe on site. The code for this safe will be provided to you on the day of your arrival, after receipt of your security deposit on the secure Swikly site. There is no reception !!! All the necessary information will be sent to you by email and in the Booking app, after booking. This private room is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a great stay (tea, coffee, sugar, oil, ...). - A stone's throw from the city centre and its activities - 4 minutes by car (16 on foot) from the restaurant "Les Grands Buffets" - 15 minutes walk from the train station - 2 km from the Arena - 15 km from the sea We would like to draw your attention to the following points: ======================================== - A security deposit is required before arrival on the secure Swikly site. - Towels and bed linen are available for an additional fee. You can bring them or rent them from us. Please let us know about your choice.

Neighbourhood information

At the foot of the residence, you will find the Place des Cévennes with free public parking spaces. As in all cities, the availability of places depends on the day and time of arrival. Just a minute's walk away, bus stops are waiting to take you to the beach, for example. A perfect convenience to make the most of your stay!

The apartment contains 3 bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are occupied by other travelers like you. Common areas are shared by all travelers.

Out of respect for the following tenants, an additional cleaning fee of EUR 30 will be charged if you do not respect the premises and do not leave the parts used clean.

Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented.
