Welcome to our villa in Pérols! With a private pool, jacuzzi, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, it is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends. The house offers three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and toilets, an additional bathroom, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV, and the living room features an XXL 190 cm screen. Outside, you can enjoy a pool (3x4 m, depth 1.4 m), sun loungers, a hammock, a plancha, as well as a garden lounge and dining table for outdoor meals. Located only 3 km from the sea and 10 minutes from Montpellier, the villa is ideally situated between Sète, the Camargue, and Aigues-Mortes.
