In a private 7-hectare estate of architect-designed villas adjacent to the Moliets golf course and 800 meters from the beach, wood-frame villa of 170 m2 divided between garden level and mezzanine. Garden of 1000 m2 overlooking private woodland of 3000m2. Very quiet setting for a relaxing and sporty vacation. Activities accessible on foot or by bike from the villa: huge beach and surf spot, tennis (17 tennis courts 800 m away), golf (18-hole and 9-hole course 200 m away, clubhouse 800 m away), accrobranche (1.3 km). Bicycles available for use on beautiful cycle paths. Situated at the top of the dune, the villa is surrounded by a panoramic terrace. The bedroom side overlooks the golf course and pine forest. The living room and poolside facade faces south, bordered by a 3000 m² private wood, with no direct overlooking. An outdoor dining room, equipped with a barbecue and plancha, lets you dine by the pool in the shade of a large pergola. The pool is equipped with an electric roller shutter for the safety of young children. A powerful heat pump ensures a water temperature of 25° in the coldest season and 27-28 from June to September. The heating of the swimming pool is included in the price in July and August, optional for the other periods. A robot cleans the pool every night, and the pool is serviced weekly. And, of course, there's a shower to keep you refreshed. Additionally, a dedicated workspace is available on the mezzanine, including a desk with two HD screens. Because we're committed to ensuring the quality of your vacation, you'll be welcomed on site at the villa, an assistance service will be available during your stay, housekeeping will be done at the end of your stay and, of course, linen and towels will be provided (towels, bathrobes, beds made up on arrival), and the pool maintained. Optional services include massages, beautician, shuttle service to/from train station/airport, and additional cleaning and linen changes during your stay.
