On the 1st floor: a living room with living room, lounge and French billiard table opening onto the terrace, as well as a fitted kitchen with back kitchen, an office (screen, keyboard, mouse), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), a bathroom (accessible from the hallway and from the bedroom) and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 140 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Some rooms have TV for watching DVDs. The 1st floor is located on the ground floor. Lift available (between the first 2 levels) if there is a person with reduced mobility. Garage for one car and common and free parking in the street or nearby.
