The villa Cannelle is in one of Tom?s Villas. The house has a beautiful terrace, and the view of the surrounding area is incredible. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms to sleep 6 people. This house is ideal for a family vacation, it has a private swimming pool for enjoying refreshing dips and can be heated to 23 degrees (for an extra charge from October to May on request 10 days in advance). The center is 950 m away. The horse riding is 3.9 km away. The restaurants are also a short distance from where you can enjoy delicious meals. The watersports are also nearby. You're less than 8 km from a magnificent golf course, and the white-sand beaches of Cannes are less than 30 km away. There's a large lake 10 minutes' drive away with beaches and pedalos. Enjoy a day by the lake and indulge in water sports 6 km away. The interior is very pleasant and spacious. The TV has Netflix and there's fiber for Internet. The kitchen is elegant and luxurious. When you're cooking, you have a lovely view of the village, nestled at the top of a hill. There is secure private parking inside the property, as well as a free electric car charging station, depending on car model compatibility. There's a large terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments all year round. Sun loungers and a large parasol are available on the sunny terrace. This villa is part of the 'Villas de Tom' group on the same street, which can be booked together or separately. On request and for an additional fee, the owner will take you on a day trip on a 9-meter QuickSilver 855, departing from Antibes harbor. Conditions depend on the weather.
