Pour louer notre coquette maison neuve, tout confort de 55 m2, au calme dans un petit village pittoresque du Gard à 5 mn du Pont Du Gard pour 4 pers,comprenant: - pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine équipée. et aménagée (four, micro-ondes, lave vaisselle, bar, etc..) coin salle à manger-salon avec télé, lecteur DVD, TNT, ainsi qu'un BZ, - 1 grande chambre avec grand placard intégré (lits de 140, literie neuve), lit bébé, matelas à langer, - salle d'eau avec WC séparés, - lave linge et rangement, - climatisation réversible. - plusieurs terrasses sont à disposition avec salon de jardin, parasol, barbecue, transats, - piscine (10 x 5 m), - grand parc arboré, clos de 3600 m² avec diverses plantes de la région.
