This holiday villa is surrounded by a large garden, fragrant pine trees and Mediterranean plants and shrubs. Great outdoor dining options with a BBQ and pizza oven. Offering 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a lovely open plan air conditioned living area, this villa is a great place for a family holiday in the Provence area of France. South of France Holiday Villa with a large garden This charming villa is in a fabulous spot sitting in 6000m2 of gardens and forest, surrounded by fragrant pine trees and flowering Mediterranean plants. The large private pool, 12m x 6m, has steps at one end. There is a cover to keep the heat in if necessary. Plenty of sunloungers to enjoy the South of France sunshine. Within the garden there are various seating areas, the perfect place for an afternoon siesta! A Gas BBQ for al fresco dining.
Walking distance to the village with a restaurant, bar, tabac, bakers etc. Within 15 minutes of the beautiful medieval village of Cotignac The South of France Mediterranean beaches are only 60kms away.
