It is a villa ideally located between lake and ocean, 500 m from the beaches and the city center. You can reach the beach and shops on foot, by bike or by car. Located on a closed plot of 2000 m², the villa is decorated with a beautiful heated pool and a beautiful garden without vis-à-vis beautifully planted with pine and cork oaks. With its 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and its high level of services and equipment (heated pool, poolhouse, plancha, bowling alley...), the villa Brise de pin can accommodate up to 10 people and promise them an unforgettable stay in all respects.
I am very happy that you have chosen the villa Brise de pin for your stay. It was built in 1954 by my grandparents and made the happiness of the summers of my childhood. I completely renovated it in 2021 and 2022 to make it more comfortable and more functional.
It is the ideal area in Hossegor between the lake and the ocean, with access on foot or by bike to the beaches and the city center. Access to the lake (200 m) is in front of the house along the casino
