## The space The living area comprises a large lounge with fireplace and bar, a convivial dining room and an authentic, fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a separate TV room. Continue your visit in the sleeping area, comprising 3 bedrooms, two with double beds, including a master suite and a bedroom with a double bed on a mezzanine sharing a large shower room. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, dormitory-style, with a private shower room. Outside, there are 2 shaded terraces with garden furniture and a dining area. Enjoy a relaxing dip in the jacuzzi, out of sight. Villa Julianne has a garage for bicycles and a charging point for electric vehicles. This villa is equipped with fibre.
