Property information

This family accommodation will offer you a pleasant moment during your stay in the region. Close to all sites and amenities, it is located in the city center in front of Royatonic, in front of the thermal baths, the casino. Everything is done on foot. A parking lot nearby will allow you to park and enjoy! The apartment has been recently refurbished, as well as the building, which will allow you to feel at home. Composed of two bedrooms and a real sofa bed with a 16 cm thick mattress, so that everyone has a good night. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, kettle, etc. Enough to prepare you good meals! The bathroom is equipped with a towel dryer and a hair dryer which are at your disposal. Everything is there for you to have a great stay in our apartment! In addition, as an option, you have the possibility to access an indoor and outdoor spa-pool right in front of the apartment, to give you a little moment of relaxation.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the center of Royat, everything is done on foot. The Thermes is located opposite as well as Royatonic, the casino is also accessible on foot. Served by the Bus B on the square, access to the center of Clermont-Ferrand is very easy. The shuttle to the Puy-de-Dôme is also available at the bottom of the building. A grocery storeand restaurant are located near the apartment. a frre car-park is located a fex meters from the appartment
