Terraced house in a quiet and secured residence. 2 floors. 2 bedrooms. Lush patio where you can rest, tchat or have diner under the figue tree, the palm tree and many tropical plants. Private parking place and garage. The house is 3 km from the sea and golf and 400m from historical city center.
We've been living here for 15 years with our teenaged Kids. We are divers, gourmets, and nature lovers. We love welcoming travelers and helping them enjoying our beautiful country.
Capitou is the historic city center of Mandelieu. 5 minutes walk. There you find a village atmosphere. There are local shops, bus stops (free shuttle to the sea in summer), a place for playing boules, à weekly marketing, and soon to come fountains. You have a relatively quick access to a walk along the river to the sea, where Mandelieu offers you 7 different beaches.
