Charming patio villa in Seignosse, ideal for a seaside holiday. The house is spread over two levels: a master bedroom upstairs and a sleeping area with bunk beds to accommodate your children. On the ground floor, the recently renovated and bright kitchen opens onto a small, private garden, perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors. A pleasant pied-à-terre, only 200 metres from Bourdaines beach. Parking is available on the street and on the property. Your pets are welcome, but events are not allowed. The Penon craft market is a 5-minute walk away. Cycle paths allow you to easily reach Hossegor in 5 minutes and Capbreton in 15 minutes. Public transport is also available nearby.
