Discover "Villa MANÉ", an exceptional house that can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. Its breathtaking view of the Gulf of Morbihan, its swimming pool of 18m, its Jacuzzi as well as its terrace will not leave you indifferent. The house offers 4 bedrooms, a living room open to a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, but also a basement with billiards and pinball. You have access to a nearby beach! This villa will be the ideal asset of your stay. Please respect the site, your environment and the neighbourhood. If there is a problem, I will do my best to act as quickly as possible. IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION. The fireplace at your disposal is functional and usable only between November 1 and February 28. The pool is heated during the summer period. - Smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation: 100€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Return the accommodation in a suitable condition;

- The fridge must be emptied on departure: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Dishes must be washed and put away: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Close windows on departure;

- Do not damage, break or steal anything;

- Maximum departure time 11 a.m., unless otherwise specified. Any departure after the arrival of the cleaning service will incur a 50€ deduction from the security deposit.

- Avoid noise after 10 p.m. to respect the neighbors;

- It is forbidden to sleep in a bed without complete bed linen (pillowcases, comforter cover, sheet). 50€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

-Be sure to validate the deposit before 7 p.m. on the day of your arrival to obtain access to the accommodation. After 7 p.m. the staff will no longer be able to inform you of access to the accommodation if the deposit has not been validated in advance.
