Notre villa est un havre de paix raffiné surplombant la mer et la Principauté de Monaco. Offrant une vue panoramique imprenable depuis chaque pièce, la maison de plus de 100m2 a été rénovée en 2025. Des terrasses permettent de profiter de la vue et du soleil. Monaco est à 5 min à pieds. Des ascenseurs public à Cap d’Ail permettent de joindre les plages depuis la maison. La belle plage de la Mala est à 35min à pieds.
