Trendy rental unit in the style Of a New York loft apartment! Perfect for a short break in beautiful Emsworth. 100m to the train station for trains to Chichester and Portsmouth, 1 min walk to 2 great local restaurants, 2 mins walk to Tesco express and barely 5 mins to the central emsworth pubs and restaurants ! One double bed sleeps two people and there is a sofa bed in the lounge which would sleep 1 adult, or 2 kids. we will respond very quickly to booking requests. Ricky & Vanessa
We live only a few miles away in bosham, and we are on hand to answer any questions and offer any advice on the area. We’re members at goodwood so have lots of knowledge about there and also surrounded cool things to do/see. We have a key safe for simple check in and check out, so you can come and go as you please 😀
This is a residential Area, the top flore of two flats (converted house) please respect the neighbours as you would anywhere. Free parking space attached to flat located at the building, the furthest space of the 3 available. Parking wardens are hot in emsworth so make sure you use the space, ask if you want to know other options
