Take time out of your busy schedule to enjoy the serenity of Lake-view. Wake up to the quacking of ducks and the sound of the water fountain usually only found in the country side yet only a stone throw from town centre and all essential amenities. This centrally-located guesthouse with beautiful lake views is one not to be missed. We guarantee you will be back for more.

Quiet residential area, entrance via small private road. We will appreciate guests being mindful of our quiet neighborhood and driving slowly. On-site parking next to the apartment entrance, walking distance to Braintree town centre, cycle path through serene green-land and Blackwater river side. Easy access to Braintree Freeport Designer village 1.6 miles away, Stansted Airport, twenty minutes by car and Colchester town. Braintree electric forecourt is one of the largest EV charging points in the UK, located in Great Notley CM77 7AP and 2.8miles away and has 42 charging points.
